STUDIO 3 – HUGE (fits 50+ bodies)

Casual Hire – $65+ gst per hour – minimum of 2 hours
Group Resident – $60 + gst per hour (when upfront payment is made for a term [10x weeks]) – minimum 1hr30m
Soloist Resident – $350 + gst per month (4x weeks)

• Please provide your own music systems.
• Lock up drills will be shown incase you are the last tenants for the day. Light switches and fans must be turned off and doors locked and secured properly.
• Studios are equipped with: Sprung Floors | Mirrors | Fans | Barres

STUDIO 2 – BIG (fits 25-30 bodies)

Casual Hire – $55 + gst per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
Group Resident – $50 + gst per hour (when upfront payment is made for a term [10x weeks]) – minimum 1hr30m
Soloist Resident - $325 + gst per month (4x weeks)

STUDIO 1 – Small (fit 5-10 bodies / good for privates)

Casual Hire – $50 + gst per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
Group Resident – $45 + gst per hour (when upfront payment is made for a term [10x weeks]) – minimum 1hr30m /
Soloist Resident – $300 + gst per month (4x weeks)

THE LOFT – CURRENTLY BOOKED

The loft is adjoined to the HOD. It sits above the main entrance with its own private staircase and entry door (exclusive signage area too).
Perfect for the physiotherapist, music teacher or dance wear retailer.
The space has been fitted with a brand new air-contioning unit, LED lighting & floating timber floor. We will only hire this out to one regular party. Not available for casual use.

Upon payment, you agree to:

– no refunds

– you are eligible to hold a credit should your booking cancel and you have given the HOD 48hrs notice

– you are responsible for the studios during your booking and any damages made from your booking, you may be held responsible for the damage

– you are aware that other studios may be booked at your time and that will involve noise and volume from other studios.

– payment must be made 48hrs before booking

You can arrange a SOLE BOOKING. This will give you the exclusive use of the HOD and its 3x studios. Please contact us to arrange this type of booking.
